Reservation & Stay Rules

To ensure a pleasant and smooth experience for all our guests, please read and follow our booking and stay policy.


1. Booking & Payment

  • Direct Reservations can be made via email at hello@lamaisondecolette.com or through our booking partners.

  • A deposit of 30% of the total stay is required to confirm your reservation.

  • The remaining balance is payable at least 7 days before arrival or upon check-in (depending on method used).

  • We accept bank transfers, cash (EUR or GBP), and selected card payments. Please confirm in advance.



2. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made more than 14 days before arrival will receive a full refund of the deposit.

  • Cancellations made 7–14 days before arrival will receive a 50% refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival or in case of no-show are non-refundable.

  • In case of full-house rental, different terms may apply — contact us for details.



3. Check-in & Check-out

  • Check-in: from 3:00 PM

  • Check-out: by 11:00 AM

  • Early check-in or late check-out is possible on request and subject to availability.



4. House Rules

  • No smoking inside the house. Designated outdoor areas are available.

  • Quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

  • Please respect the house, the garden, and our neighbours.

  • Damages caused by guests may be subject to additional charges.



5. Children & Extra Guests

  • Children are welcome. Please inform us in advance if you need an extra bed or baby cot.

  • Extra guests (beyond booked capacity) must be approved and may incur an additional charge.



6. Pets

  • We love animals, but pets are not allowed unless the entire house is booked by your group.

  • When allowed, a £50 pet fee applies per stay. Contact us in advance to confirm.



7. Facilities Use

  • Guests have access to the kitchen, common areas, garden, terrace, and tennis court.

  • Please leave shared spaces clean and tidy for others.

  • Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house — perfect for remote work.



8. Liability

  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.

  • Please lock your room and secure valuables.

  • Use of the property, garden, and tennis court is at your own risk.



9. Entire Property Rental

  • When renting the whole house, a custom agreement may apply.

  • Events, photo shoots, or workshops must be arranged and approved in advance.
